Fixed a problem where audio is heard only in the left channel.

Fixed a problem where after being caught in an obstacle and taking damage, the user can temporarily ignore the obstacle and move on.

音声が左チャネルしか聞こえない問題を修正しました。

障害物に挟まってダメージを受けた後は一時的に障害物を無視して移動できるように修正しました。
